At SEWphoria Studio, we believe in providing a transparent and fair policy to ensure a positive experience for all our customers. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy guidelines:

~Registration and Payment~

When registering for an embroidery class, it is important to provide accurate and up-to-date information. This includes your name, contact details, and any specific requirements or preferences you may have. Payment for the class must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.

~Cancellation and Refunds~

If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. 

For class cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of the class, a full studio credit will be issued for the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the class start date will NOT receive a studio credit.

Cancellations & Refunds are not accepted for gift items.

~Class Changes, Rescheduling or Missed Class~

In the event that a class needs to be rescheduled or canceled by SEWphoria Studio, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. In such cases, you will have the option to transfer your registration to another available class or receive a full class credit for the amount paid.

If you wish to request a change in your class schedule, please contact us at least 7 days before the start of the class. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

~Code of Conduct~

We strive to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all our customers. We expect all participants to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and supportive atmosphere. This includes treating fellow participants, instructors, and staff with respect, refraining from disruptive behavior, and following any safety guidelines provided.

SEWphoria Studio reserves the right to remove any participant from a class or event if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.

~Liability~

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe learning environment, SEWphoria Studio cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during a class or event. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

~Shipping~

Gift items are created within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Once item enters into the shipping process, you will receive a tracking number for your package. Please be advised shipping delays are outside of our control.
