~Do you offer in-person classes?
We currently offer online embroidery classes.
~What type of course is offered?
Our current online courses are structured to teach machine embroidery. You will learn to take your machine out the box and create some One-of-a-kind personalized items. From learning the basics with our Intro to Embroidery eBook course to mastering a few extra techniques such as: Machine Applique, Multi-position hooping, In-The-Hoop projects to name a few.
~What type of embroidery machine do I need?
All classes are taught using the Brother single needle embroidery machines such as Brother PE900, Brother SE600-SE700 or latest model.
~Do you offer personalization on the gift items?
Yes, if personalization is noted in the item, please be sure to note the name or monogram how you would like for it to be stitched.
~Do you offer refunds on online courses?
No, all sales are final. Please make sure the classes work with your schedule and availability. Due to the digital nature of the online courses, refunds are not given.

~Ordering~
- Customization Details: Ensure that all customization details, including names, ages, dates, and any other relevant information are accurate. Double-check the spellings and details before finalizing your order.
- Verification: We will verify the provided details to ensure accuracy and prevent any errors in the customization process. Please be sure to provide an accurate email address for a timely communication.
- Rush Orders: If you require your order urgently, please contact us first to check availability for rush orders BEFORE placing your order.
~No Refunds and Return Policy~
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the customized digital nature, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
- No Returns: Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not accept returns unless the error was on our part.
- Our Error: If we made an error in your order, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the digital design. We will correct the mistake and no additional cost to you and resend the design.
~How you will receive your file(s)~
- Processing Time: Please allow 24hrs for the edited digital design.
- Method of Receipt: All designs will be sent via the email provided in your order. This is NOT a physical item, therefore nothing will be shipped.
